Now it can be told. Game is over for Anne Curtis and Sam Milby. A crying Anne admitted to The Buzz that she and Sam Milby have broken up. In an interview by Kris Aquino, Anne said this time it was Sam who initiated the breakup. It happened September. "For us to stop exclusively dating, it was Sam," said Anne. "Kailangan niya lang siguro to concentrate na muna doon sa relationship niya with God." Anne said it was last September when problems started. "But it’s basically the same doon sa ginawa ko noon. When I wanted to fix my relationship with God."

It can be remembered that a crying Anne guested on Boy & Kris last year insinuating a breakup with Sam because she wanted to strengthen her relationship with God. "Wala akong personal relationship noon with God and it was during that time last year when I was awakened and I started anew."

This time though, it was Sam who needed to fortify his relationship with God, thus, initiating the breakup. "It was hard for me at that time," she said. "Mahirap tanggapin pero in the long run I was able to understand. Naiintindihan ko siya kasi nga pinagdaanan ko rin."

No, there is no third party to their breakup. And they have not spoken to each other personally since breaking up last September. "We are both busy. I am doing Baler and I don’t think it is right for us to talk through text messages."

Asked by Kris how much she still loves Sam, Anne said, "Whatever feelings I have for him before is still there. But I am better now. ‘Yong trip ko sa New York was good for me."

Anne still has a high regard for Sam. And for people who are upset because of what happened to her and Sam, Anne has this to say, "Wag kayo magalit kay Sam. I know he has a good heart. I know that the least that he wanted to do was to hurt me."

Is Anne ready to go out on a date again, asked Kris, "Hindi pa. Hindi pa siguro. I don’t want to entertain people yet who have motives na ligawan ako. Ayoko din magmadali muna. I just have to concentrate on my career."

A second chance for Eddie

Eddie Gutierrez went through angioplasty surgery last week at the St. Luke’s Medical Center. "We were all crying when I told Ruffa about what was happening to their dad. Sabi kasi ng doctor, serious daw ‘yong heart problem niya. Sabi ko, Eduardo, ako na lang mauna. Huwag ikaw, hindi ko kaya," Annabelle said.

Tuesday last week, Eddie was operated on and Friday of that week he was released from the hospital. "This is my second lease on life. I thank everyone who prayed for us," he said.

According to Annabelle, it was Richard and Ruffa who shouldered the hospital expenses of their dad. "Si Richard ang sumagot sa mga financial expenses ng daddy niya. Napakabait na anak." Annabelle intimated that she is also sick and needs to be operated on in America. "I am just waiting for Eddie to recover. I am also sick. Kaya sabay sabay kaming dalawa."

Still a kapamilya

Judy Ann Santos signed a two-year contract with ABS-CBN. "Finally I have signed the contract ayon sa pagkakaintindi ko. And I was able to include things that I wanted to do."

According to her talent manager Alfie Lorenzo, Juday’s contract with ABS will expire in 2009 and the new contract she signed with ABS will start August of 2009 until July 2011. "It was what I was insisting noon kaya nagkaroon kami ng misunderstanding. For me, I wanted her to have a fall back just in case she marries and have children. Meron pa rin siyang gagawin sa ABS."

Juday in retrospect said, "Now it is clear to me. And I do appreciate the time ABS is giving me. Mas clearer din sa amin ni Tito Alfie our obligations and responsibilities as individuals. Tito Alfie also understands why I needed a lawyer. It is not that I am bypassing him or wala akong utang na loob or binastos ko siya. I just needed to know kung ano ang gagawin ko.

LOS ANGELES - "No Country for Old Men" was living up to its front-runner status at Sunday’s Academy Awards, winning adapted screenplay for the Coen brothers and supporting actor for Javier Bardem. "La Vie En Rose" star Marion Cotillard was a surprise winner in the best actress category.

Cotillard rode the spirit of Edith Piaf to Oscar triumph over Julie Christie, who had been expected to win for "Away From Her."

Joel and Ethan Coen are mainly known for their original screenplays, making only two films based on adaptations, "No Country" from Pulitzer winner Cormac McCarthy’s novel, and "O Brother, Where Art Thou?," loosely inspired by the ancient Greek epic "The Odyssey."

"I think whatever success we’ve had in this area has been entirely attributable to how selective we are. We’ve only adapted Homer and Cormac McCarthy," said Joel Coen.

Previous original-screenplay winners for 1996’s "Fargo," the Coens came in as the best-picture and directing favorites for "No Country."

The Coens missed out on a chance to make Oscar history — four wins for a single film — when they lost the editing prize, for which they were nominated under the pseudonym Roderick Jaynes.

NEW YORK — Lindsay Lohan is following in the footsteps of the most famous blond bombshell of them all — Marilyn Monroe.

In this week’s issue of New York magazine, the 21-year-old star of "Mean Girls" and "Freaky Friday" poses nude for photographer Bert Stern in a re-creation of one of Monroe’s most famous photo shoots, done shortly before she died.

The shoot came to be known as "The Last Sitting."

Lohan’s shoot appears in the Spring Fashion issue of New York magazine, which hit newsstands Tuesday.

Lohan told the magazine that she was "comfortable" with posing nude, but added that she did "250 crunches" the night before the shoot.

According to the magazine, Lohan sees the Monroe photos — and by extension her own — as a way of regaining power.

"Here is a woman who is giving herself to the public," Lohan said. "She’s saying, ‘Look, you’ve taken a lot from me, so why don’t I give it to you myself.’ She’s taking control back."

Lohan, whose personal troubles dominated headlines last year, called Monroe’s demise "tragic."

"You know, it’s also tragic what just recently happened to someone else," Lohan told the magazine. When the publication asked Lohan if she was referring to Heath Ledger, the actress said, "They are both prime examples of what this industry can do to someone."

"I sure as hell wouldn’t let it happen to me," Lohan also told the magazine, contemplating a similar fate.

Stern photographed Monroe in 1962 at the Hotel Bel-Air in California, six weeks before she was found dead from an overdose of barbiturates. Monroe was 36.

Those images for Vogue magazine feature Monroe in next to nothing, posing nude with some scarves and jewelry as her accessories and sipping champagne.

Stern recreated those images with Lohan this month, at the same hotel, with Lohan wearing a blond wig and not much else.

Amanda Fortini, who wrote an essay to accompany the Lohan photos, said that the original Monroe photos are "arguably the most famous images ever captured of America’s most famous actress."

our ITElective subject in school required us to be adept in different graphic and designing softwares particularly Adobe Photoshop and Macromedia Flash. it was fun learning new things, new designs, new arts. there is so much to learn and yet, so little time. just when i thought i know everything about photoshop, i came to know a new designing strategy, the BRUSHES. i saw my classmates including brushes in their works and it really produced nice outcomes. it gave the design more character. it is simple yet elegant. now, im trying to learn more about it. to those who are ineterested, you can download different brush designs in http://www.brusheezy.com/. you can load it in the presets section of your adobe folder. here are some brush examples that i took from brusheezy.com:

i was home during the weekend.. to pass the time, i started lazily browsing the television for nice shows.. my mom gets annoyed all the time when i do it, "it seems like you’re just playing with the remote control, it’s not a toy, just stay in one show and stop switching to different channels", was her line.. haha! peace mama! no one dared to interrupt my watching that day since they now understand that we have no cable in my apartment in davao city, and since i’ll be home for just a couple of days, they didn’t bother notice my old habit.. when i’m at home, i rarely watch local channels.. i focus on HBO, Cinemax, Star World, Star Movies, National Geographic and Discovery Channel.. after qurter of an hour of  "toying with the remote" i finally  came upon the channel that i think would ineterst me.. it’s called Jack TV and the show is TMZ.. it caters to all hollywood gossips and latest buzz.. and i’ll share to you the hottest ones:

1. topping off with: the shocking news of Heath Ledger’s death

Heath Ledger was found dead Tuesday at a downtown Manhattan residence in a drug-related death, police said. He was 28.

CNN is reporting that the New York medical examiner found the autopsy inconclusive and requires further tests.

TMZ has confirmed two of the medications found at Heath Ledger’s apartment were Xanax and Valium, both anti-anxiety drugs. Cops also found Ambien, along with several medications prescribed in Europe. Heath’s family said that he was under treatment from pneumonia and he’s taking 6 drugs for anxiety and anti-depressant. They pleaded that heath died of natural cause and not due to drug abuse.

Police have announced they found no illegal drugs in the apartment. But the TMZ’s trusted informer reported that a 20-dollar bill was found in his apartment which contains white substance.

Heath has just finished shooting the latset BATMAN movie where he played the role of Joker. he has a 2-year old daughter named Matilda with his ex-fiance. the reason for the separation was Heath’s alledgedly drug abuse.

Surely, it all came as a shock to us especially to his fans.. All we can do now is wait and see what really killed him at the prime of his life.

 Britney appeared in his children’s latest custody trail. She was followed by paparrazis and was annoyed when her car was blocked by a paparrazi’s car. She spent the night partying with his latest guy "Adnan"..

   TMZ reported that Mariah was seen in the Carribean, probably having a well-earned vacation and it was said that she was sunbathing topless, holding a magazine to cover her top to avoid the paparazzis taking pictures of her boobs while holding a glass of champagne in her other hand. She smiled when she saw the unwanted paparrazis. It was also reported that she looked "hot" and "sexy" n her black bikini..

 Somehow, Denise Richards convinced a judge that it would be cool to have her and her daughters star in their own reality show.

Denise and father of her children, ex-hubby Charlie Sheen, went to court yesterday, as Charlie was absolutely opposed to his young daughters, Sam and Lola, being on television. Denise fought the good, legal fight and the judge ruled in her favor. She and the girls can prance around for the cameras, but they must follow some ground rules. Said rules were not released, but Denise was "very happy" with the outcome. 

There was no comment released from Charlie’s side, as I’m sure he couldn’t possibly put anything but expletives together after the ruling came down. I’m so sure this isn’t the last we’ll be hearing about this.

 She was seen drunk and partying in a birthday celebration. She took the center stage by grabbing the microphone and sang karaoke. She was so drunk that she barely notice that she was already off-key and was croaking like a forg.

The body of the 28-year-old Oscar-nominated actor is discovered in his New York apartment. A cause of death has not been determined, officials say.

NEW YORK — The death of 28-year-old Heath Ledger, hailed as one of the great hopes among his generation of actors, was a brutal shock for Hollywood on Tuesday and grimly ended any hope that the day would be a simple celebration of this year’s Oscar nominations.

Reports said that his death was due to Drug abuse. The breathless nature of the celebrity news coverage has left many fans jaded.

i’ve seen Heath portray his roles well in The Patriot, Casanova and A Knight’s Tale.. i even brought vcd copies of them, take note: the original ones..

the long-awaited tv remake of Susan Roces’ Patayin sa Sindak si Barbara is about to end already.. i hasn’t seen the original movie portrayed by Susan Roces herself so i can not judge if it’s a nice once.. but i have seen the remake of it which was casted by Dawn Zulueta and Lorna Tolentino.. it was one of the best Pinoy-made horror movies that i liked.. now, it’s TV remake is being aired on abs-cbn.. it has lots of twists and turns, not really following the oroginal plot of the previous ones.. honestly, i don’t watch it regularly ‘coz it gives me the chills.. plus the fact that it’s schedule is at night.. haha..

now it’s about to end already.. and everyday it is getting darker, scarrier and bone-chilling.. i wonder how it will end? will Barbara really die? hhhmmmm….
