Rich People!
I have always wondered how it is to be rich. To have everything you have to buy for the stuffs you want, eat the food you have been craving for, travel to places you have never been to and be able to meet people of great importance and caliber. Really, I believe that as much as love makes the world go round, here’s the catch: money does too! As a child, the very favorite topic I and my cousins have was what to buy and what to do if we have a million bucks in our pockets. I would close my eyes right there and then and world imagine the things I will buy and do when I become part of the Nouveau Riche. First thing I will buy is my doll house complete with all the Barbie dolls I can take hold of, second is I will fill up our refrigerator with all the sweet goodies like ice cream and cake and third is I will buy my own pink bike, the remaining money will of course go to the bank. But those were the good ‘ol days, those wishes are just part of my childhood memories. I’ve grown up now and I have more sophisticated dreams. I only not dream of having a million in my bank account, but billions, tons and tons of money I mean!
One may ask, how has one become a Nouveau Riche? Maybe it is a legacy from his family or most probably, it is the fruits of his own labor. I can only imagine all the wealth these Nouveau Riche people possess. And I can’t help but dream that someday I will become one!
