many said that this series is popular, because many animated it and made version that are similar to it. as a matter of fact, ABS-CBN and GMA both featured this, in their respective timeslot but the version and the characters that i like most was that of ABS. this usually airs at about 4:30 in the afternoon and this series has become my bonding moment with my brother. we enjoy Joey’s pretention that he is a guy studying in an all male school. we love her expressions and her lines. i also love the male characters in here, wesly and bryan. this series is light and very humurous, you can’t help but laugh at everybody’s antics.

ive been drawn to watching Korean Movies lately. it’s a pasttime here in the house and a part of the bonding moment with my coiusins way back at home. when boredom stikes, we scan the stacks of dvds we have and we pick the movie that we would watch. the last Korean Movie i watched was THE ART OF SEDUCTION.

here’s the synopsis of the story.

Min-Jun (SONG Il-Kook) and Ji-Won (SON Ye-Jin) are so-called the first-rate "players" who are dating gurus with 100% success rates in any dating pursuits. Following her usual systematic dating rules, Ji-Won fakes a schematic car accident to capture Min-Jun’s attention and successfully approaches him.

However, her smooth-sailing dating life finally encounters turbulence. Why in the world is this guy not succumbing to her alluring charm? Ironically enough, Min-Jun is also overwhelmed by the understanding that he has met his match. However, like the veteran players that they are, these two shouldn’t show any signs of weakness in their dating tactics. Who will emerge
victorious and become the last player standing?

i know in the many years that passed that i have grown, in every aspect of life. i became busy with being busy that i opt to forget things that took place infront of my very own eyes. i ceased to see it. my baby brother’s growing old din pala. he has grown up a very tall and handsome guy and now, he’s already finished a 2 year course in college. bet that? naunhan pa ang ate sa pag-graduate.

i was so preoccupied with my own life that i forgot that he’s growing up too, much much taller than i am. hehe. now, he’s applying for a call center in cebu and last night, he told me over text that he would start next week. and the destination? cebu city. well it’s not super layo but it would be the first time that he’s going so many miles away from home. my mum and papa would surely miss him. unlike me who’s the adventurous, he stayed in mati to finish college to stay with my parents. i believe i was the one who’s constantly on the move and i wasn’t expecting that he’s made that very huge move. he’s barely 18 and in day’s time, would be hundred miles away from us. he’s my only sibling and he has grown to be much closer to my folks. if he leaves home, mum and papa would only be the ones left behind. i know they would be extremely sad especially mum ‘coz her baby boy is finally spreading his wings and would be leaving the sanctuary of her side. plus the fact that he is asthmatic is the one that bothered me so much. what if he has sudden attacks? who would take him to the hospital? those bothereing thoughts constantly topples my mind. but deep inside, i know he’s a big guy already and i know he can make it. i remember weeks ago that he was very excited with that trip of his. if he’s happy then i am happy na rin.

the one thing also that i haven’t ever done our whole life as siblings was to tell him that i love him. we may never be that close but i know i love him and i keep protecting him from harm, giving sideway comments on his way once in a while that often led to quarrels. i would surely miss him, my cutie pie bro. hehe.
