i don’t know, it’s just that this song is so ME.. it stirs some deep, unnamed emotion within..

"… i hereby swear in my family’s honorable name that the contents of this exam are of my own and done with the best of my abilities."

this phrase caught the sections 3A and 3B this morning off- guard. it was written in the upper page of our test papers. others were shocked, a few just laughed and shrugged it off, while i found it amusing. it was like a dare to us by the teacher not to try to cheat. and as if we can really cheat when in fact he was guarding us like a hawk, ready to swoop down on whoever might disobey his rules. amusing to me because he even used the words "family’s honorable name".. now who wouldn’t be afraid to cheat when you read something like that on the paper as a warning? not even me would jeopardize my family’s name just to pass it. haha!

for a moment i was lost in track and was tempted to look at my seatmate’s temptously opened answers. and then the warning came to mind, i stopped myself before even i "jeopardize" my family’s holy name. haha! i’m proud of my answer eventhough it wasn’t the least bit correct. i don’t know if this post is considered a rant or a rave. i’m just thankful that we are given another chance to retake it next wednesday. thank you Sir for being so considerate. and the next time i’m tempted to cheat, i’ll just keep a mental note about this warning you made.
