it’s 8 in the morning and i’m not feeling well.. last night had been a restless night, restless physically ‘coz i have colds.. when i’m sick like this, it makes me miss home more.. who’s gonna take care of me here? i’m a mama-person, ‘coz when i’m sick i want my mama on my side always.. so i guess i’m just gonna grab my vitaminC later and take care of myself.. this will be the time for me to be independent..

this is gonna be a long day, my shedule’s from 9am-8:30 in the evening.. God give me the strength..  

i spent my vacant lunch time at the Library a while ago.. while skimming though the pages of Time Magazine, i have spotted an interesting article.. it said there that kids nowadays are already adept with the use of computers and with the Internet.. they oftentimes see adult accessings search engines to do research works.. but instead of showng them how to access these unsafe search engines, show them how to access Zoo.com instead.. why it’s more recommendable? because it does not allow up to 50 thousand keywords and prevents kids from accessing the words like "porn" or "sex".. now that’s smart huh, teaching the kids the REAL use of Internet..

for a month now, i started being active in blogging again.. and my day’s not complete without posting, whether it be about my personal life, about my favorites, anything! especially now that i know that blogging could be a source of money! and since i love writing, might put it in good use and maybe months from now, i’ll be receiving mo own cold cash.. oohhhh! so excited already.. even now, i’m already planning  on what to do with my incoming earnings.. haha! i’m already jealous with my classmates who receives hundred dollars every month.. i’m pursuing this no matter what.. haha!

it’s a shame that we don’t have a cable connection in our apartment.. we can’t afford the extra cost, since we all who live their are mere students.. and it’s a pity ‘coz almost all of my favorite shows on tv is on cable.. but anyway, here’s a list of my most favorite shows here on earth:

1. American Idol

with judges simon cowell, paula abdul and randy and host Ryan seacrest, the show is a big success, judging from it’s season every year.. some of the winners are kelly clarkson and carrie underwood who are already big recording artists now.. due to not having cable connection at home, i didn’t know that the next season had already began.. and the state where they went to was san diego, california.. there were many hopefuls who joined, there were good ones and unfortunately, the nuisances.. but they make the show worth watching though.. they’re so funny that i can’t stop laughing.. there was that girl who had a crush on simon, and Ryan kept on berating her, asking why she fancy the likes of simon.. and there was also that guy who was a single dad and reports said that he was an ex-convict.. wow! this season’s gonna be an interesting one..

crazy ’bout this show.. been watvhing this since it’s first season..

this is a reality show shown in Star World. there will be a girl who will live in the same house with 12 guys.. these guys will vye for his attention and love.. the guy who makes the girl fall in love with him wins the money..

8. The Apprentice 

  

 this is a reality show hosted by the producer himself, Mr. Billionaire Donald Trump, one of the ricehst man in New York..

i was home during the weekend.. to pass the time, i started lazily browsing the television for nice shows.. my mom gets annoyed all the time when i do it, "it seems like you’re just playing with the remote control, it’s not a toy, just stay in one show and stop switching to different channels", was her line.. haha! peace mama! no one dared to interrupt my watching that day since they now understand that we have no cable in my apartment in davao city, and since i’ll be home for just a couple of days, they didn’t bother notice my old habit.. when i’m at home, i rarely watch local channels.. i focus on HBO, Cinemax, Star World, Star Movies, National Geographic and Discovery Channel.. after qurter of an hour of  "toying with the remote" i finally  came upon the channel that i think would ineterst me.. it’s called Jack TV and the show is TMZ.. it caters to all hollywood gossips and latest buzz.. and i’ll share to you the hottest ones:

1. topping off with: the shocking news of Heath Ledger’s death

Heath Ledger was found dead Tuesday at a downtown Manhattan residence in a drug-related death, police said. He was 28.

CNN is reporting that the New York medical examiner found the autopsy inconclusive and requires further tests.

TMZ has confirmed two of the medications found at Heath Ledger’s apartment were Xanax and Valium, both anti-anxiety drugs. Cops also found Ambien, along with several medications prescribed in Europe. Heath’s family said that he was under treatment from pneumonia and he’s taking 6 drugs for anxiety and anti-depressant. They pleaded that heath died of natural cause and not due to drug abuse.

Police have announced they found no illegal drugs in the apartment. But the TMZ’s trusted informer reported that a 20-dollar bill was found in his apartment which contains white substance.

Heath has just finished shooting the latset BATMAN movie where he played the role of Joker. he has a 2-year old daughter named Matilda with his ex-fiance. the reason for the separation was Heath’s alledgedly drug abuse.

Surely, it all came as a shock to us especially to his fans.. All we can do now is wait and see what really killed him at the prime of his life.

 Britney appeared in his children’s latest custody trail. She was followed by paparrazis and was annoyed when her car was blocked by a paparrazi’s car. She spent the night partying with his latest guy "Adnan"..

3.  Mariah Carey Exposed!

                                             

   TMZ reported that Mariah was seen in the Carribean, probably having a well-earned vacation and it was said that she was sunbathing topless, holding a magazine to cover her top to avoid the paparazzis taking pictures of her boobs while holding a glass of champagne in her other hand. She smiled when she saw the unwanted paparrazis. It was also reported that she looked "hot" and "sexy" n her black bikini..

 Somehow, Denise Richards convinced a judge that it would be cool to have her and her daughters star in their own reality show.

Denise and father of her children, ex-hubby Charlie Sheen, went to court yesterday, as Charlie was absolutely opposed to his young daughters, Sam and Lola, being on television. Denise fought the good, legal fight and the judge ruled in her favor. She and the girls can prance around for the cameras, but they must follow some ground rules. Said rules were not released, but Denise was "very happy" with the outcome. 

There was no comment released from Charlie’s side, as I’m sure he couldn’t possibly put anything but expletives together after the ruling came down. I’m so sure this isn’t the last we’ll be hearing about this.

 She was seen drunk and partying in a birthday celebration. She took the center stage by grabbing the microphone and sang karaoke. She was so drunk that she barely notice that she was already off-key and was croaking like a forg.

 Heath Ledger has got the role for "Joker" in the latest Batman Movie and Jack Nicholson is said to be furious about it. He commented that it was a role he was made to play.. Who’s creepier of the two? I think that nothing and no one still beats the original..

if i were to be asked, i prefer watching coffee prince.. it’s setting and plot is just light unlike of the spring waltz which is drama.. i love the character’s wit.. they fight like dogs and cats but still there is that undeniable feeling of love that emanates between them.. who among you readers out there share the same opinion as i do?

NEW YORK — The death of 28-year-old Heath Ledger, hailed as one of the great hopes among his generation of actors, was a brutal shock for Hollywood on Tuesday and grimly ended any hope that the day would be a simple celebration of this year’s Oscar nominations.

Reports said that his death was due to Drug abuse. The breathless nature of the celebrity news coverage has left many fans jaded.

i’ve seen Heath portray his roles well in The Patriot, Casanova and A Knight’s Tale.. i even brought vcd copies of them, take note: the original ones..

part of today’s activity at school, particularly my Computer Hardware and Software Technology subject, required us to disassemble and assemble a system unit.. it included all the peripheral wirings and connections as well as the connectors inside the system from one component to the motherboard.. disassembling was easy enough since it mostly consisted of just tugging and removing the screws and connectors.. the real challenge was to assemble it back to its original state.. it should turn ON because if it doesn’t, we will have the score of zero.. it was a tough job, considering that my groupmates and i aren’t that adept in troubleshooting a system.. thanks to our very helpful teacher, we were able to pull it through.. what’s funny is that it took almost 2hours to assemble and disassemble it, hence consuming the whole period.. i was late during the next class but it’s ok.. i felt that i accomplished something.. and that already is enough.. i promise though to take that subject seriously from now on.. i was fascinated with the whole interface, the whole fact that one won’t work if the other is absent, just like our group who did our best that’s why we became victorious in the end.. cheers to us groupmates from IT-1E..

my vacant times are usually spent reading.. even when i’m busy, i still find time to read.. the stories amuse me, delight me, and it’s able to teach me new vocabularies.. books are as special as computers to me.. i can’t imagine live without these two things.. might wonder what bore i am, don’t you? a girl who spends almost all her time sitting in front of the computer and engrossing with a book.. nah, this is just me, the real me.. good thing i still have the 20-20 vision.. haha..

now, i’m presently engrossed with "Almost Heaven" by Judith McNaught, it is my most favorite.. this is the only romance novel that made me cry.. i was able to read this when i was still in high school and the yesterday while going through about the books in the library, i saw it.. my mind tingled with the anticipation of reading it once more.. i ought to finish it tonight and i want to know if it still can make me cry.. during high school,i thought that if i would marry a guy, i would like him to be the likes of Ian Thornton, the lead of this novel.. and now that i’m already in college, i found that guy.. he even surpassed my wildest dreams.. whew..
