i really want to buy a house of my own someday. i dream not of a grand house but a simple one, but of course complete with all the needed amenities. i want it to be situated in a nice area, where everything is reachable within a minute’s drive. i want it to be in a safe area ‘coz who here wants an unsecured dwelling place for the family right?

as the one who will buy, we consumers have many specifications when buying a house. some of mine is listed above. but i know that most of you has a higher list of descriptions and specifications that goes on and on. and we want all of them to be met for security and pleasure’s reasons.

other prefer perfection and so they prefer to hire agents for them to be the one to look for the perfect house for them. but if i were given a choice, i wouldn’t hire am agent anymore, i would go straight to Santa Fe Real Estate. Santa Fe Home Listings is where you can find the best houses there is. you can choose from all of the nice properties from Santa Fe MLS.

having your dream house is as easy as contacting santaferealestate after all!

NBA bans Wade’s Band-Aid

ATLANTA (TICKER) —No more Band-Wade.

Prior to the Miami Heat’s 91-83 loss to the Atlanta Hawks on Friday night, the NBA banned Heat superstar Dwyane Wade from donning the Band-Aid on his left cheek that quickly had become a fashion statement.

Wade, the league’s leading scorer, originally wore the Band-Aid to seal a cut beneath his left eye. In the following days, including during NBA All-Star Weekend, Wade slapped his name, nickname “Flash” and even the American flag on the Band-Aid, though the wound had healed.

The NBA, doing its best impression of the NFL, wanted to stop the self-promotion.

“We spoke to (the Heat),” NBA spokesman Tim Frank said, according to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. “A player can wear a Band-Aid for healthcare purposes, but it shouldn’t have any name or identifications on it.”

The league aims for conformity at the arena, where players are forced to abide by a strict dress code before and after the game. Citing Frank, the newspaper said that Wade and the Heat weren’t in danger of any penalty but needed a quick reminder.

“We offered clarity to them,” Frank told the Sun-Sentinel. “You can’t wear an identifiable Band-Aid. We don’t expect it to be an issue, so there will be no need for a penalty.”

Two years ago, the NBA banned full-length tights under uniforms, which players had used as a fashion statement rather than for their intended medical use. The same now can be said for Wade’s rather unique facial accessory.

As graduating students of our school, we were all required to meet all the necessary requirements for us to be able to graduate this coming March. Even though ample time was given to us, we all still have a great difficulty in passing it at the allotted time our professors gave us. We do projects mostly in groups since in IT, you have different roles to play and a project won’t possibly be completed without each of the member participating or doing its part. One person can’t possibly do jobs all at the same time since he can’t correct his own mistakes or supply the needed ones when no one’s correcting it.

Like now, we are doing our thesis. And I must say that it is very difficult. It’s where most of our time goes which makes us very busy. If you are not adept in making it, then it’s as good as saying that you can’t graduate. Good thing because the teachers train you first and they are there to guide you all the way through the end. Others though lack the determination to complete it and mostly, they resort to having it done by others. They pay for it to be completed. Sounds sad but it is the reality.

Good grades are what fresh graduate needs for them to be able to land a decent job. And if getting good grades means having term papers and thesis done by others, then I think that there’s nothing wrong with it. It is basically your own decision. What you do with your life will be yours to answer to. Nowadays, we have a lot of options. Either we can make projects on our own or have others made it for you. As long as you are willing to take the consequences when things get out of hand or you have the money to pay for it. Yes, it is the truth because nothing comes for free this time. Almost everything is paid and brought. There are a lot of people now or even websites that offer Thesis Help. They offer it in very low prizes and they make sure that they do it under your strict restrictions. They level it with your mental capacity so as not to arouse doubts from professors. Dissertation Writing are being offered as well. If you are also on need of Custom Research Papers, they also do it. Everything you need they basically provide. So if you are meeting deadlines or you need a term paper nicely done, they asking for assistance is the solution to it.

Eva Mendes crowned “most desirable” in poll

LOS ANGELES - Actress Eva Mendes was crowned as the most desirable woman of 2009 on Wednesday in a poll by online men’s magazine AskMen.com that organizers swear is not all about looks but overall qualities.

Mendes, 34, topped the online magazine’s 9th annual list of "Top 99 Most Desirable Women" after AskMen.com readers cast more than 10 million votes to rank the women with the best qualities for the ideal girlfriend or wife.

She took the top slot from actress Katherine Heigl after placing fourth last year while actress Megan Fox ranked second and Victoria’s Secret model Marisa Miller came in third place.

James Bassil, editor-in-chief of AskMen.com, said the list was a "pulse-check" of the women that readers were not only following but also perceived as more than just a pretty face.

"Obviously good looks are one quality but intelligence, ambition and humor also count," Bassil told Reuters.

"There are women in their mid to late 30s on this list who may be old by industry standards but you see more mature women on this list. The younger women getting a lot of play on gossip sites haven’t had the time to accumulate the achievements that a lot of these women have."

Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Nicole Richie were not on the list while Britney Spears, in the midst of staging a comeback, was back after dropping off the list for a couple of years. She was ranked at No. 90.

The list included perennial favorites like Beyonce at No. 50 and Jessica Simpson at 70 but also some newcomers such as Australian actress Isla Fisher and singer Katy Perry .

French singer Carla Bruni, the wife of French president Nicolas Sarkozy, made her debut on the list in 76th place while comedian Tina Fey, who was widely praised for her Sarah Palin impression this past election season, made the list at No. 97.

Bassil said readers could have voted for the U.S.’s new First Lady Michelle Obama or Republican vice-presidential contender Sarah Palin but they did not garner enough support to make the list with the poll largely conducted before the U.S. election.

Brooke Burke, a former model-turned-TV personality who won the seventh season of TV show "Dancing with the Stars," rose to No. 14 in the list from No. 32 last year.

Burke, 37, who has four children, said it was a compliment to be included — and to have jumped a few slots.

"It is great to get that attention. I do think it is more of an intelligence vote and people are looking at who they would like to have as an ideal mate and not just their average pinup," Burke told Reuters.

Rounding out the top 10, in the following order, were:

Advantage Home Rates

i want a home of my own someday. as early as now, i am already planning about it and how i will have the money to use to buy or build it. it’s not that easy to own a house right away or instantly, since house and lot prices are escalating like crazy. it is very expensive at this time, so what more can we expect for the coming years, right? my dream house would be a big one, with a tall gate painted white, i want a porch and a huge garden and of course, a huge garage for my cars and if possibly, a pool. LOL. it’s not bad to dream, and i usually dream big. but who knows, with enough determination and perseverance, this dream might not just be a dream anymore.

other people prefer houses that are custom-built already. if they happen to like the location, the price and the design, they automatically acquire it. good thing nowadays because you don’t have to pay it full, but in monthly payments which really what makes it so cool and affordable. there are a lot of home rates, you just have to choose what suites your taste and budget. there are even adjustable rate that is so cool, they’re the ones who adjust with your budget and fits with your monthly payments. they also offer very low down payment.

it’s not of a shame to admit that others might have failed when it comes to paying their monthly mortgage. even if you have failed, thus already having a bad record, they still allow you to own one that is easy for you to pay and very affordable. for more details, you can contact them and avail of their once in a lifetime treat ‘coz only them has the great credit scores.

PS3 will be $299 in April, analyst predicts

Could the days of the $400 Playstation 3 be numbered?

So says financial analyst Michael Pachter, who predicted this week that Sony will trim the price of its cheapest Playstation 3 pack to a "more affordable" $299 in April, and that an Xbox 360 price cut will follow by June.

And the Wii? Don’t hold your breath. "We expect Nintendo to maintain Wii pricing at $249 until the company sees signs that demand is slowing, which means a price cut may not happen until late in the year, if at all," Pachter

Like any analyst, Pachter, who is employed by securities firm Wedbush-Morgan, isn’t always right, but he boasts a healthy hit rate at anticipating similar moves in the past, notably predicting PS3 and Xbox 360 price cuts in 2007. Don’t expect official confirmation from either Microsoft or Sony, though: telling your customers about price cuts four months in advance tends not to be a very common strategy.

Ailing Sony, which is tipped to be about to post its first annual loss for 14 years, could well expect a significant sales boost if Pachter’s prediction pans out. The Playstation 3 is heading into 2009 with a bumper lineup of upcoming exclusive games, including Killzone 2, Uncharted 2, God of War 3, and superhero-themed DC Universe Online, and a lower price point could well lend the console much-needed momentum.

Zimbabwe unveils $100 trillion banknote

HARARE (AFP) – Zimbabwe unveiled a 100 trillion dollar note Friday in the latest grim measure of its staggering economic collapse, heightening the urgency of a new round of unity talks set for next week.

Veteran leader Robert Mugabe and opposition chief Morgan Tsvangirai are set to hold talks Monday with key regional leaders in a bid to salvage a four-month-old unity accord, which has yet to be implemented.

The stalemate over disputed elections last year has only fuelled the economic and humanitarian crisis that has impoverished the country, leaving nearly half the population dependent on food aid as a cholera epidemic sweeps the country.

The Reserve Bank announced in the government mouthpiece Herald newspaper a series of trillion-dollar denominations to keep pace with hyperinflation that has left the once-dynamic economy in tatters.

The new 100,000,000,000,000 Zim-dollar bill would have been worth about 300 US dollars (225 euros) at Thursday’s exchange rate on the informal market, where most currency trading now takes place, but the value of the local currency erodes dramatically every day.

i am graduating really soon. 3 months from now, i’ll be marching down that aisle and i’ll receive my hard-earned diploma. 4years of being in college taught me a lot of stuffs and i can say that after everything that i have been through now made me tough enough to accept the challenges and what’s ahead. i am already ready to face whatever that will come my way.

as early as now, i am already planning where to work. our school is being bombarded by different companies who are looking for adept workers to work for them. almost every week we have symposiums and seminars and orientations about a company and sometimes, job fairs are held which usually takes a day. honestly, i am quite nervous. ready and well-conditioned as i am now, i am still weary of how everything will turn out. i have some shadow of a doubt if my skills are enough to employ me to the company of my dreams. thinking and complementing very hard, i have come to realize that my passion lays on teaching. yes, teaching in a college school! bet that? who would ever think that i wanted that as a career? i have only come to realize it lately. a teacher! and i think i would be best at it. LOL. i am imagining now of resumes and interviews and bio-datas and recommendations and referrals. these stuffs matter a lot because they’re your ticket towards employment. and they should be made really nicely, nice enough to entice the company to employ someone like you. like for me, i have to cite my skills and talents to cover-up for the lack of experience as a fresh graduate. i hate to admit it but some companies do refer on your resumes. they look at the construction and the body and how well it was made.

so if you are the kind who is not very confident of your writing skills and doing your own resume is a big problem, Grand Resume is there to help. they’ve been operating for over a decade now. and they’re the best when it comes to Resume Writing. for that decade, they have been writing for Professional Resume  people. through their Professional CV format , they have helped a great number of people in having their dreamed work and profession through powerfrul and winning resumes that get the attention and convince companies to emply you and give value to your work.

Travolta family returns to US with son’s remains

FREEPORT, Bahamas - Actor John Travolta and his wife, Kelly Preston, have returned to Florida with the remains of their 16-year-old son, Jett, who died at the family vacation home in Grand Bahama.

The couple received an urn with his ashes and left the island chain on Monday night, according to Obie Wilchcombe, a member of the Bahamas parliament and a family friend.

"Everything was in place, the cremation was completed, and they decided to leave," Wilchcombe said Tuesday. He said the family is back in Ocala, Fla., where they have a home.

Doctors in the Bahamas performed an autopsy on Jett on Monday but did not release results. However, a Bahamas undertaker said the teen’s death certificate had "seizure" as the cause of death.

Jett Travolta had a history of seizures and was found unconscious Friday in a bathroom.

The body was in "great condition," said Glen Campbell, assistant director of the Bahamas funeral home that handled Jett’s remains, though police officials had said the teen hit his head on a bathtub.

Funeral plans have not been announced.

In Ocala, Mayor Randy Ewers said the city sent the Travolta family condolences and will give them space and privacy.

"They’re fantastic people, really family oriented," Ewers said. "We want to respect their privacy as much as possible."

In a public statement Sunday, Travolta, 54, and Preston, 46, said they were "heartbroken that our time with him was so brief."

Travolta tried CPR to revive his son, who may have died in his arms before an emergency medical technician took over, Usmagazine.com reported, citing Travolta attorneys Michael McDermott and Michael Ossi. They did not respond to calls from the AP on Monday.

Travolta and Preston have said Jett became very sick when he was 2 years old and was diagnosed with Kawasaki Syndrome, an illness that leads to inflamed blood vessels. Preston blamed household cleaners and fertilizers and said a detoxification program based on teachings from the Church of Scientology helped improve his health, according to People magazine.

Police said in a statement that Jett had not been seen since Thursday when a caretaker, Jeff Kathrain, found him unconscious late Friday morning. But McDermott said that wrongly left the impression that Jett was unsupervised. He said two caretakers were with Jett throughout the evening, and he does not believe the teen was in the bathroom for very long.

The couple also has an 8-year-old daughter, Ella Bleu.
